Refund Eligibility and Timeframe

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Students may request a full refund within 7 days of course enrollment, provided they have not accessed more than 25% of the course content or downloaded any course materials, including videos, PDFs, or supplementary resources.

Course Access Limitations: Once a student has viewed more than 25% of the course content or downloaded any learning materials, the money-back guarantee becomes void, and no refund will be issued

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Processing fees, payment gateway charges, or any third-party transaction fees

​

  • Courses paid through EMI (Equated Monthly Installments) after the second installment

  • Downloaded digital materials including eBooks, video content, or course resources

Refund Request Process

Processing Timeline: Approved refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days from the refund initiation date.

Course Cancellations by Meteor Academy

If Meteor Academy cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances:

  • Students will receive a 100% refund of course fees

  • Alternative course dates may be offered at no additional cost

  • Students may transfer their enrollment to another available course

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances beyond the student's control, Meteor Academy will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, even if they fall outside the standard policy timeframe.

Important Terms and Conditions

Content Access: Students who have accessed online course content, attended live sessions, or downloaded any course materials forfeit their right to a refund.

Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental duplicate payments, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 10 working days after verification.

Policy Changes: Meteor Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will govern that specific transaction.

No Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not available. Students are either eligible for a full refund within the specified conditions or no refund at all.
